      【摘要】 目的 探讨泛昔洛韦联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗老年人带状疱疹临床疗效。方法 90例老年带状
疱疹患者随机分为两组各45例，对照组予泛昔洛韦抗病毒以及营养神经等对症治疗，观察组联合应用单磷酸阿
糖腺苷治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)发生率。结果 观察组总有效率为93.3%，
明显高于对照组的77.8%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者止疱时间、止痛时间以及完全结痂时间、皮损
愈合时间均明显短于对照组，PHN发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 泛昔洛韦联合
单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗老年带状疱疹可有效抑制病毒复制，提高疗效，减轻神经炎症，降低PHN发生率。

Clinical effect of famciclovir combined with vidarabine monophosphate in the treatment of herpes zoster in
elderly patients.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of famciclovir combined with vidarabine monophos-
phate in the treatment of herpes zoster in elderly patients. Methods Ninety elderly patients with herpes zoster were
randomly divided into two groups with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with famciclovir and
neurotrophic treatment, and observation group was treated famciclovir combined with vidarabine monophosphate. The
clinical curative effect and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) incidence in two groups were compared. Results The total
effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 77.8% of the control group,
and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The stop blistering time, analgesic time, fully escharosis time
and lesion healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the rate
of PHN in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The differences were statistically
significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Famciclovir combined with vidarabine monophosphate can effectively suppress vi-
ral replication to improve curative effect, alleviate neuroinflammation and lower the rate of the incidence of PHN in
the treatment of herpes zoster in elderly patients.
