标题：关节镜下微骨折术与Pridie钻孔术修复膝关节软骨全层损伤疗效对比研究

      【摘要】 目的 比较关节镜下微骨折术与Pridie钻孔术在膝关节软骨全层损伤修复治疗中的疗效。方法 选
取2013年7月至2015年1月我院骨科收治的134例膝关节软骨全层损伤患者，以随机数表法分为两组，分别给予关
节镜下微骨折术(M组，n=67)与Pridie钻孔术(P组，n=67)治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 M组和P组患者
术后6个月的Lysholm评分分别为(88.7±11.5)分与(81.2±11.2)分，均明显高于术前的(36.8±11.2)分与(37.3±10.7)分，
差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)，且治疗后M组明显高于P组，差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；M组和P组患
者优良率分别为94.0% (63/67)和 83.6% (56/67)，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组术后均未发现明显并发症与合并
症。结论 关节镜下微骨折术与Pridie钻孔术均能够使膝关节软骨全层损伤患者获得较为满意的软骨修复及膝关
节功能恢复，但微骨折术操作更为简便，热损伤更小，术后血凝块粘附更好，安全性更高。
