      标题:吡喹酮抗体内培养欧猬迭宫绦虫裂头蚴的作用与评价

      【摘要】 目的 探讨吡喹酮经灌胃及注射两种方式抗SD大鼠体内欧猬迭宫绦虫裂头蚴的效果。方法
50只SD大鼠每只感染 5条欧猬迭宫绦虫裂头蚴,培养两周后随机分组进行药物治疗。灌胃治疗组:使用吡喹
酮药物浓度分别为 600 mg/kg、1 200 mg/kg、1 800 mg/kg及 2 400 mg/kg进行灌胃治疗 7 d,灌肠对照组以单纯
植物油灌肠;注射治疗组:配制 30%吡喹酮注射液以注射剂量分别为 0.2 ml和 0.5 ml进行注射治疗 3 d及 6 d,
注射对照组以无菌生理盐水注射。疗程结束后剖杀大鼠,计算减虫率,如大鼠体内剩余虫体则进行切片及HE
染色。结果 吡喹酮作用于大鼠体内裂头蚴,各用药组减虫率与对照组减虫率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其
中灌胃法以1 800 mg/kg剂量组减虫率最高,注射法以0.5 ml 6 d组减虫率最高。虫体切片染色后观察,体壁有明
显的断裂,甚至深入基质区。结论 吡喹酮抗体内裂头蚴虫体有良好的效果,其抗虫机制可能与吡喹酮对裂头
蚴组织结构的破坏而致虫体死亡有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of praziquantel on Sparganum erinaceieuropaei in SD rats by gas-
tric perfusion and injection. Methods Fifty SD rats were selected and infected with five plerocercoids each. After
two weeks, the 50 SD rats were randomly divided into 10 groups for drug treatment: perfusion treatment groups with
the concentrations of praziquantel of 600 mg/kg, 1 200 mg/kg, 1 800 mg/kg, 2 400 mg/kg, 0 mg/kg (vegetable oil in-
stead, the perfusion control group) for 7 d; injection treatment groups with 30% praziquantel of 0.2 ml, 0.5 ml for 3 d
and 6 d, normal saline (the injection control group). After the treatment, rats were sacrificed. The reduction rate of plero-
cercoid was calculated. The remaining plerocercoid in rat was sliced and stained by HE. Results The reduction rate
showed statistically significant difference in the treatment group and the corresponding control groups (P<0.05). The re-
duction rate of 1 800 mg/kg group was the highest in perfusion treatment groups. The reduction rate of 0.5 ml for 6 d
group was the highest in injection treatment groups. The plerocercoid was stained and the body wall has obvious frac-
ture, even deep into matrix area. Conclusion The effect of praziquantel on plerocercoid is significant. The mecha-
nism may be related to that praziquantel causes damage in organizational structure of plerocercoid and then thus re-
sults in death.
