      【摘要】 目的 探讨随访系统管理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（CHB）患者依从性与疗效的影响。方法 156例
CHB患者随机分为观察组和对照组各78例，对照组给予患者常规门诊护理与健康宣教，观察组在对照组基础上
根据慢性肝病随访工作流程进行系统管理，对比两组患者1年后治疗依从率与抗病毒治疗效果。结果 观察组
患者在生活方式、规律服药、坚持疗程、保持乐观情绪、家属监督等方面的治疗依从率以及总体依从率均明显高于对
照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组ALT>80 IU/L、HBeAg阳性率、HBV-DNA>105患者明显少于对照组，差
异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的HBV-DNA 103~105比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 系统化的随
访管理可有效提高CHB患者治疗依从性，保证抗病毒治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the influence of follow-up system management on treatment compliance
and clinical efficacy in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods A total of 156 patients with CHB were ran-
domly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 78 cases in each group. The control group was
given routine outpatient nursing and health education, while the observation group was given systematic management
according to the chronic liver disease follow-up work based on the control group. Then the compliance of treatment
and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of treatment in terms of the way
of life, regular medication, stick to the treatment, keep optimistic mood, family supervision and the total compliance in
the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The patients with ALT>80 IU/L, posi-
tive HBeAg, HBV-DNA>105 in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05),
but no significant difference was found in the number of patients with HBV-DNA of 103~105 between the two groups
(P>0.05). Conclusion Follow-up system management can effectively improve the treatment compliance in CHB pa-
tients, which can ensure the therapeutic effects.
