标题：优质护理服务模式对人工流产患者术后意外妊娠的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨优质护理服务模式对人工流产术后患者意外妊娠的影响。方法 计划生育科门诊优质护
理服务模式实施前128例(对照组)与优质护理服务模式实施后166例(观察组)接受人工流产患者作为研究对象，对照
组给予常规人工流产护理，观察组则给予优质护理服务，对比两组患者术后再次意外妊娠发生率、避孕相关知识及
生殖健康相关知识掌握情况、术后不良反应及不良心理情绪发生率。结果 观察组术后1年内再次意外妊娠率、术
后不良反应发生率及不良心理发生率均显著低于对照组，差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组避孕相关知
识掌握率以及生殖健康相关知识知晓率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理服务
模式能够降低术后再次意外妊娠率，避免不必要的人工流产，同时能够加深患者对避孕、生殖健康等相关知识的
了解，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical influence of high quality nursing on unexpected pregnancy in
patients after artificial abortion. Methods A total of 128 patients accepted artificial abortion before the implementa-
tion of high quality nursing service mode (the control group) and 166 patients after the implementation of high quality
nursing service mode (the observation group) were analyzed. The control group was given routine nursing artificial
abortion, and the observation group was given high quality nursing. Then the unexpected pregnancy rate after artificial
abortion, contraceptive knowledge and reproductive healthy knowledge, postoperative adverse reactions and adverse
psychological occurrence rate were contrasted between the two groups. Results The unexpected pregnancy rate 1
year after artificial abortion, postoperative adverse reactions and adverse psychological occurrence rate in the observa-
tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). The master rate of contraceptive knowl-
edge and awareness rate of reproductive healthy knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than
those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can lower the unexpected pregnancy rate after
artificial abortion to avoid unnecessary abortion, and can improve the degree of patients’contraceptive and reproduc-
tive health knowledge, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
