      【摘要】 micoRNA是一类高度保守的非编码小RNA,通过与靶基因的3'端非编码区域(3'UTR)互补配对后
降解micoRNA分子的稳定性和翻译抑制两种方式参与靶基因表达。生物信息学分析表明人类全部基因的 1/3
的基因都受到micoRNA调控。最新研究表明,micoRNA在心血管病理、生理过程中起了十分重要的调控作用。
它参与了心脏发育、心脏重塑、心律失常、血管生成、血管病变等过程。因此,研究micoRNA在心血管疾病的发病
过程中的作用机制具有重大的理论及临床意义。

【Abstract】 MicoRNAs are a class of small non-coding RNAs with highly conserved sequence which mediate re-
pression or degradation of protein expression through matching with the 3'UTR of target genes. Bioinformatics analysis
indicated that about one-third of human genes were controlled by micoRNAs. Recent studies have demonstrated that mi-
coRNAs play a crucial role in the regulation of cardiovascular physiology and pathological process. MicoRNAs also par-
ticipate in the process of heart development, cardiac remodeling, arrhythmia, angiogenesis and vasculopathy. Therefore it
is of great theoretical and clinical significance to study the mechanism of micoRNAs in cardiovascular diseases.
