      标题:反馈式家庭干预对婴幼儿语言和认知发育的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨反馈式家庭应答行为干预对婴幼儿语言和认知功能发育的促进作用。方法 选取于
我院成功分娩且身体健康的1岁婴幼儿42名为研究对象,均行反馈式家庭应答行为干预,持续时间为6个月,采
用自身对照法对比分析干预前后婴幼儿语言和认知功能发育情况。结果 反馈式家庭应答行为干预可行性和
有效性高,儿童言语次数以及儿童发起对话轮换数随着年龄的增长呈逐渐增高趋势,不同年龄段比较差异总体
上具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成人-儿童对话轮换数与成人语言字词数、儿童言语字词数呈显著正相关(r=0.728,
P=0.000 6;r=0.788,P=0.000 4);婴幼儿智力发育指数(MDI)得分随着年龄的增长而逐渐升高,组间比较差异具
有显著统计学意义(t=5.318 8,P=0.000 0)。儿童言语字词数和儿童发起的对话轮换数与MDI呈正相关(r=0.523,
P=0.000 2;r=0.568,P=0.000 1)。精神运动发育指数 PDI评分无明显增高,干预前后比较差异无统计学意义(t=
0.418 0,P=0.677 0)。结论 反馈式家庭应答行为干预可行性高,且能促进儿童语言和认知功能健康快速发育,具有
极其重要的临床应用价值和意义。

Effect of feedback family intervention on language and cognitive development in infants.

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the positive effects of feedback family intervention on language and cogni-
tive development in infants. Methods Forty-two healthy infants of one year old delivered in our hospital were se-
lected as subjects, which all underwent feedback family intervention for 6 months. By self-control study, the language
and cognitive ability of the infants before and after intervention were compared. Results Feedback family interven-
tion was quite feasible and effective. Children's speech frequency and number of initiating a dialogue increased along
with the age, with statistically significant differences between different age groups (P<0.05). Number of adult-children
dialogue and word number of adults, word number of children had a significant positive correlation (r=0.728, P=
0.000 6; r=0.788, P=0.000 4). The children's MDI score increased gradually with the increase of age, with statistically
significant difference before and after intervention (t=5.3188, P=0.0000). Word number of children and number of ini-
tiating a dialogue was positively correlated with MDI (r=0.523, P=0.0002; r=0.568, P=0.0001). PDI score showed no
significant increase after intervention (t=0.4180, P=0.6770). Conclusion Feedback family intervention has high fea-
sibility, which can promote the healthy and fast development of children's language and cognitive function, which thus
has very important value and significance in clinical application.
