      标题:冠心病患者血浆D-二聚体与低密度脂蛋白水平的相关性探讨

      【摘要】 目的 探讨冠心病患者血浆D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)与低密度脂蛋白(Low density lipoprotein,LDL)
水平之间的关系。方法 经心血管造影确诊的冠心病患者150例,平均年龄(63.40±5.70)岁;体检者150例,平均年
龄(47.40±7.60)岁;健康志愿者 30例,平均年龄(20.30±3.50)岁。SIEMENS ADVIA-2400全自动生化分析仪测定
LDL水平,>3.12 mmol/L为阳性;SYSMEX CA7000血凝仪测定D-D水平,>0.6 mg/L为阳性。结果 LDL与D-D水
平呈正相关(r=0.237,P<0.05);冠心病组与体检组和健康对照组相比,LDL水平明显升高,差异均具有显著统计学意
义(P<0.01);D-D水平同时明显升高(P<0.05)。冠心病患者中LDL水平的阳性率为75.3%;而D-D水平的阳性率为
97.3%。体检组中LDL水平的阳性率为18%;LDL阳性体检者中D-D水平的阳性率为48.1%;LDL阴性体检者中
D-D水平的阳性率为1.63%。结论 D-D的检测可以提高LDL水平对冠心病预测的准确性。

Relationship between D-dimer and low-density lipoprotein level in plasma of patients with coronary heart
disease.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between D-D and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) level
in plasma of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and fifty patients confirmed with coronary
heart disease by coronary angiography were enrolled in the study (coronary heart disease group), with a mean age of
(63.40 ±5.70) years old. One hundred and fifty physical examination persons were collected as the physical examina-
tion group, with a mean age of (47.40±7.60) years old. Thirty healthy volunteers were enrolled as the healthy control
group, with a mean age of (20.30 ±3.50) years old. The LDL levels were determined by SIEMENS ADVIA-2400 auto-
matic biochemical analyzer, taking>3.12 mmol/L as positive. The D-D levels were determined by SYSMEX CA7000
blood coagulation analyzer, and>0.6 mg/L was taken as positive. Results D-D level was positively correlated with
LDL (r=0.237, P<0.05). The LDL and D-D levels in coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those
in physical examination group and healthy control group (P<0.05). The positive rate of LDL levels in coronary heart
disease group was 75.3%, and the positive rate of D-D level was 97.3%. The positive rate of LDL level in physical ex-
amination group was 18% , and the positive rate of D-D level in LDL-positive individuals in physical examination
group was 48.1% and that in LDL-negative individuals was 1.63%. Conclusion The detection of D-D can improve
the accuracy of prediction of LDL levels on coronary heart disease.
