      标题:正常血压高值人群检测肱动脉血流介导性舒张功能的临床价值

      【摘要】 目的 观察正常血压高值人群行肱动脉血流介导性舒张功能检测的临床价值。方法 本研究分
别纳入三组病例,其中A组为Ⅰ级高血压病患者,B组为血压高值的正常人群,C组为健康体检者,三组受试者均
为50例。测量受试者肱动脉内径在静息状态下、硝酸甘油舌下含服以及反应性充血状态下的变化,对三组受试
者肱动脉内径变化率进行计算并做统计学分析。结果 三组受试者肱动脉内径在静息状态下差异均无统计学
意义(P>0.05);给予硝酸甘油舌下含服时,三组受试者肱动脉内径变化率比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05);反应
性充血状态下,A、B两组肱动脉内径变化率低于C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且A组内径变化率更低
于B组(P<0.05)。结论 对于血压高值的正常人群而言,内皮依赖性血管舒张功能失调现象已然存在,其损伤程
度在高血压患者中更为明显,临床对此应予以警惕。

Clinical value of the detection of brachial artery flow-mediated dilation in people with high-normal blood
pressure.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of detecting brachial artery flow-mediated dilation in
people with high-normal blood pressure. Methods The study included three groups: group A with gradeⅠ hyperten-
sive patients, group B with persons of high-normal blood pressure, and group C with healthy people (n=50 in each
group). The changes of brachial artery diameter at rest, after sublingual nitroglycerin administration and reactive hy-
peremia were measured. The change rate of brachial artery diameter in three groups were calculated and statistically
analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the brachial artery diameter at rest between
three groups (P>0.05); there was also no statistically significant difference between the three groups when given sub-
lingual nitroglycerin (P>0.05); in the cases of reactive hyperemia, the change rates of brachial artery diameter in group
A and B were lower than that in group C, and the change rate in group A was lower than that in group B. The differenc-
es were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Imbalance of endothelium-dependent vasodilation is found in
people with high-normal blood pressure, while the damage degree is more obvious in patients with hypertension.
Therefore, imbalance of endothelium-dependent vasodilation should be paid attention to in clinic.
