      【摘要】 目的 探讨西咪替丁治疗轮状病毒肠炎患儿的疗效及其对血清白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因
子-α (TNF-α)的影响。方法 80例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为两组，每组40例，对照组给予抗病毒等常规治疗，观
察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用西咪替丁治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后患者血清 IL-2、TNF-α水平的
变化。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率为95%，明显高于对照组的80%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后两组患儿
血清 IL-2均明显上升，TNF-α明显下降，且观察组 IL-2高于对照组、TNF-α低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义
(P<0.05)。结论 西咪替丁可快速缓解轮状病毒肠炎患儿临床症状，并可调节患儿机体炎症免疫反应。

Impact of cimetidine on serum IL-2, TNF-α in children with rotavirus enteritis.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of cimetidine in the treatment of children with rotavirus en-
teritis and its effect on serum IL-2, TNF-α. Methods Eighty children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided
into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional antiviral treatment, and the ob-
servation group was treated with cimetidine based on the treatment of the control group. Clinical efficacy and serum
IL-2, TNF-α changes were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the total ef-
fective rate in the observation group (95%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (80%), and the dif-
ference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Serum IL-2 was significantly increased and TNF-α was significantly de-
creased after treatment in the two groups. The IL-2 level in observation group was significantly higher than that in the
control group, and TNF-α was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Cimetidine can quickly relieve symptoms
in children with rotavirus enteritis, and it can adjust the body's inflammatory immune response in children.
