标题：虎力散外敷联合手臂运动防治PICC致机械性静脉炎的效果观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨虎力散外敷联合手臂运动对PICC置管患者机械性静脉炎的防治效果和护理措施，提
高导管维护质量。方法 将160例PICC置管患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例，对照组患者给予常规护理
和红外线理疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予虎力散外敷联合手臂运动法。比较两组患者的静脉炎发生情况
和穿刺局部疼痛情况。结果 观察组患者机械性静脉炎的发生率为7.50%，明显低于对照组的21.25%，差异有
统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的VAS得分为(1.35±0.27)分，低于对照组的(3.16±0.42)分，差异具有统计学意义
(P<0.05)。结论 虎力散外敷联合手臂运动对预防PICC置管后发生机械性静脉炎具有良好的效果，且护理操作
简单，患者易于接受，经济实惠，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the preventive effect of Huli Powder combined with arm exercises on the
mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with PICC were randomly divided
into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were administrated with routine
nursing and infrared therapy, and those in the observation group were given Huli Powder and aim exercises on basis of
the control group. The occurrence of mechanical phlebitis and puncture point pain was compared between the two
groups. Results The incidence of mechanical phlebitis of the observation group was 7.50%, significantly lower than
21.25% in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score in the observation group was (1.35±0.27), significantly lower
than (3.16±0.42) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huli powder combined with arm exercise is effective for
the prevention of PICC-induced phlebitis, and the nursing is easy, which is worthy of clinical application.
