标题：BBG染色兔眼内界膜效果分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨不同染色时间及不同染色剂浓度的亮蓝G (Brilliant blue G，BBG)对内界膜染色的效果
差异。方法 用 12只新西兰白兔按照随机化原则分为四组，行常规 23G玻璃体切割术，气液交换后 1组给予
0.125 mg/ml BBG染色 15 s，2组给予 0.125 mg/ml BBG染色 120 s，3组给予 0.25 mg/ml BBG染色 15 s，4组给予
0.25 mg/ml BBG染色120 s，染色后BSS冲洗干净，手术显微镜下观察染色效果。结果 1组完全染色1眼，不完
全染色 1眼，未见染色 4眼；2组完全染色 5眼，不完全染色 1眼；3组完全染色 1眼，不完全染色 3眼，未见染色 2
眼；4组完全染色5眼，不完全染色1眼。染色结果四组间差异均具有显著统计学意义(P=0.008)，根据平均秩次推
断第 2组与第 4组染色效果好于第 3组，第 1组染色效果最差。结论 BBG染色兔眼内界膜效果与染色时间相
关，时间越长，染色效果越好，与染色剂浓度相关性不高。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the dyeing effect of brilliant blue G (BBG) on internal limiting membrane
(ILM) at different time and different concentration. Methods Conventional 23-G pars plana vitrectomy was per-
formed in the eyes of 12 New Zealand white rabbits and the experiment eyes were randomized into four groups. After
Gas-fluid exchanged, four groups were given different concentrations of BBG solution to dye the ILM for different
time: group 1 (0.125 mg/ml BBG for 15 s); group 2 (0.125 mg/ml BBG for 120 s); group 3 (0.125 mg/ml BBG for 15 s);
group 4 (0.125 mg/ml BBG for 120 s). Then BBG was cleaned up by BSS. The results were observed by the opera-
tion microscope. Results Group 1: complete dyeing 1 eye; incomplete dyeing 1 eye; not dyeing 4 eyes. Group 2:
