      标题:多层螺旋CT联合彩色多普勒超声诊断中青年椎动脉型颈椎病的价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT联合彩色多普勒超声诊断中青年椎动脉型颈椎病的临床价值。方法
临床上诊断为椎动脉颈椎病的患者100例作为病例组,选择40例健康人群作为对照组,分别采用多层螺旋CT和
彩色多普勒进行检查,对两种检查结果进行统计分析。结果 (1)彩色多普勒超声检查:病例组的收缩期峰值流
速(PSV)、椎动脉舒张末期流速(EDV)值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);病例组的阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)值显著高
于对照组(P<0.05)。(2) CT检查:病例组正常血管条、血管变细、血管迂曲、局限狭窄、管腔闭塞率显著高于对照
组(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声检查病例组椎动脉内径显著小于对照组(P<0.05);CT检查病例组椎体横突孔显著
小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒与多层螺旋CT诊断中青年椎动脉型颈椎病各具特点,两者相结合能够
更加全面的对病情做出准确诊断。

Value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis
of vertebral artery type.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with color Doppler ultra-
sound in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in youth. Methods One hundred patients clini-
cally diagnosed as cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected as the case group, and 40 healthy people
were enrolled as the control group, which were all examined by multi-slice spiral CT and color Doppler ultrasound.
The examination results were analyzed statistically. Results (1) Color Doppler ultrasound: the peak systolic velocity
(PSV), vertebral artery end diastolic velocity (EDV) in the case group were significantly lower than those in the con-
trol group (P<0.05); resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI) in the case group were significantly higher than those
in the control group (P<0.05). (2) CT examination: The rates of normal vascular, thinned blood vessels, vascular tortu-
osity, localized stenosis and occlusion of the lumen in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control
group (P<0.05). Color Doppler ultrasound showed in the case group the vertebral artery diameter was significantly
smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05); CT examination showed that vertebral transverse foramen in the case
group was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and
multi-slice spiral CT both have their own characteristics in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type
in youth. The combination of the two methods can be more comprehensive to make an accurate diagnosis of the disease.
