      标题:852名义齿修复患者的回顾性分析

      【摘要】 目的 了解口腔患者牙列缺失、牙列缺损及牙体缺损的特点及临床修复状况,为往后的临床治疗
及口腔保健宣传工作提供依据。方法 在性别、年龄、修复部位、修复体种类等方面,对2013年1月至2014年3
月期间来到我院进行口腔修复的852例患者的临床资料进行分析统计。结果 在性别方面,差异无统计学意义
(χ2=0.468,P>0.05);在年龄方面,以30岁和40岁两个年龄段为主,占所有修复治疗患者的47.77%。在修复部位方
面,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=107.45,P<0.001),上颌部位的患者比例最高(54.1%);在修复体类型方面,采用较多的
修复类型为全冠(54.0%)、桩核冠(22.1%)及局部可摘(16.6%);在修复体材质上,不论是活动类还是固定类修复体
都是钴铬合金所占比例最高。结论 口腔医师要针对不同年龄段的人开展侧重点不同的口腔保健宣传教育,口
腔修复科医师要熟练掌握全冠、桩核冠、局部可摘义齿等主要修复体的临床操作,并要不断学习新知识,掌握新
材料、新技术的应用,以满足患者不断提升的需求。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of patients with edentulous, dentition defect and
tooth defect and the status of the clinical repair, and to provide basis for clinical treatment and oral health propaganda
work for the future. Methods Statistical analysis on gender, age, repaired parts, type of restoration, etc. were per-
formed basing on the clinical data of 852 patients with prosthodontics (dental restoration) between January 2013 and
March 2014 from the hospital. Results In terms of gender, there was no statistically significant difference between
all patients (χ2=0.468, P>0.05); in terms of age, 47.77% of the patients were aged 30 or 40; in terms of repaired parts,
there was statistically significant difference (χ 2=107.45, P<0.001): 53.9% of all trepaired parts was the upper par; in
terms of restoration types, there were 54.0% of full crown restoration, 22.1% of post-and-core crown restoration and
16.6% of partial removable restoration; on the restoration material, Co-Cr alloy took the highest proportion whether re-
movable or fixed restoration. Conclusion Dentists should carry out corresponding oral health propaganda and educa-
tion according to patient’s age. And dental restoration practitioners should master clinical operations of full crown,
post-and-core crown, and partial removable restorations, and also should keep renewing knowledge and mastering ap-
plications of new materials and new technology so as to meet the improving needs of patients.
