      【摘要】 目的 探讨复方苦参腔内灌注治疗对恶性胸腔积液患者胸水中VEGF、MMP含量的影响。方法
择在本院接受住院治疗的恶性胸腔积液患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受常规胸腔内化疗的对照组及接受复方苦
参腔内灌注治疗的观察组,比较两组患者的治疗后胸水VEGF、MMP含量及T细胞亚群分布差异。结果 (1)观察组
患者接受治疗后的VEGFA、VEGFB、VEGFC水平均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者接受治疗后的
胸水MMP-2及MMP-9含量均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);(3)观察组患者接受治疗后的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+
水平均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 复方苦参腔内灌注治疗可以明显降低患者胸水VEGF、MMP含量,
优化机体免疫功能。

Effect of compound matrine intracavity perfusion on VEGF, MMP levels in hydrothorax in patients of
malignant pleural effusion.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of compound matrine intracavity perfusion on vascular endothe-
lial growth factor (VEGF), matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) levels in hydrothorax in patients of malignant pleural effu-
sion. Methods Patients with malignant pleural effusion in our hospital were selected as research objects, which were
randomly divided into control group with conventional intrathoracic chemotherapy and observation group with com-
pound matrine intracavity perfusion. VEGF, MMP levels and T cell subgroup distribution were compared between the two
groups after treatment. Results (1) VEGFA, VEGFB, VEGFC levels after treatment in observation group were signifi-
cantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). (2) The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 after treatment in observation
group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). (3) The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ after treat-
ment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound ma-
trine intracavity perfusion could significantly decrease VEGF, MMP content in hydrothorax in patients of malignant
pleural effusion, and optimize body's immune function.
