      【摘要】 目的 探讨耳内镜下清理及局部涂擦派瑞松治疗外耳道真菌病的临床疗效。方法 回顾分析
我院 2011年 3月至 2013年 2月采用耳内镜下清理及局部涂擦派瑞松治疗 106例外耳道真菌病患者的临床资
料。结果 随访 6个月~1年，治愈 51例，好转 52例，无效 3例，总有效率为 97.2%。结论 耳内镜下彻底清理外
耳道病灶及局部涂擦派瑞松治疗外耳道真菌病，疗效显著，方法简单，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pevisone, combined with clean-up treatment un-
der otoendoscope on otomycosis externa. Methods The clinical data of 106 cases (from March 2011 to Febru-
ary 2013) of otomycosis externa with Pevisone combined with clean-up under otoendoscope were retrospectively
analyzed. Results The follow-up lasted for 6 to 12 months, with 51 fully recovered cases，52 improved cases and 3
ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 97.2%. Conclusion Pevisone combined with clean-up under otoendo-
scope for otomycosis externa is significantly effective, and is thus worth a wide application.
