标题：体外授精-胚胎移植后早期自然流产相关因素分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗后流产的发生率及其相关因素。方法 回顾性分析2009年1
月至2012年6月在本中心行体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗后妊娠的166例孕妇的临床资料，根据是否自然流
产分为流产组(n=35)和对照组(n=131)，比较两组患者年龄、不孕年限、基础内分泌、促性腺激素使用天数(Gn天
数)，促性腺激素使用总量(Gn总量)、获卵个数、受精方式、内膜厚度等的差异，分析可能影响妊娠结局的因素。
结果 流产组患者年龄较对照组高，促排卵药物(Gn)使用总量多于对照组,基础FSH水平高于对照组，获卵数低
于对照组，上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组的不孕年限、内膜厚度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>
0.05)，单精子卵胞浆内显微注射(ICSI)组中流产率低于 IVF组流产率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 引起
IVF-ET早期妊娠丢失的原因复杂，可能与患者年龄、基础FSH水平、Gn总量等因素相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the incidence of early spontaneous abortion and its related factors after as-
sisted reproductive technology (ART). Methods The clinical data of 166 pregnant women undergoing in vitro fertil-
ization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) from January 2009 to June 2012 in our department were retrospectively ana-
lyzed, which were divided into spontaneous abortion group (n=35, women suffered early spontaneous abortion) and
the control group (n=131, women with successfully pregnancy). Difference of the age, infertility time, basic endo-
crine, days of using Gonadoropin (Gn Days), the total amount of Gonadotropin (total amount of Gn), the number of re-
trieved oocytes, fertilization method, the intimal thickness were compared between the two groups. The related factors
