标题：雌激素预防引产患者产后出血及缩短产程的临床价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨雌激素在引产患者中对产后出血及产程的影响。方法 168例符合条件的中孕引产患者
根据入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各84例，均给予利凡诺羊膜腔内注射引产，观察组在利凡诺注射前1 d
给予己烯雌酚片口服，比较两组患者的产后出血及产程情况。结果 观察组产后出血量及产后出血率均显著低于
对照组(P<0.01)；产程时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)，利凡诺注射后宫缩开始时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；
引产失败率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组未见严重不良反应及副作用。结论 雌激素能够有效减少引产患者产
后出血量，缩短产程，提高引产成功率，同时并未发现严重不良反应与副作用，疗效可靠，值得推广。

Clinical value of estrogen on preventing postpartum hemorrhage and shorting labor progress in induced

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical influence of Estrogen on postpartum hemorrhage and labor
progress in induced abortion patients. Methods A total of 168 induce abortion patients were randomly divided into
the observation group (n=84) and control group (n=84). All patients were given rivanol amniotic cavity injection to in-
duced labor, and the observation group were given Estrogen 1day before rivanol amniotic cavity injection. Then the
postpartum hemorrhage and labor progress were compared between the two groups. Results Postpartum hemor-
rhage and postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control
group (P<0.01); labor progress was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01), and there were no sta-
tistically significant difference in contractions start time after the rivanol injection (P>0.05); induction failure rate in
the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); there was no serious adverse re-
actions and side effects in the observation group. Conclusion Estrogen can effectively reduce postpartum hemor-
rhage, shorten labor progress and improve the success rate of abortion without serious adverse reactions and side ef-
fects. It is therefore effective, reliable, and worthy of promotion.
