标题：癌胚抗原联合血管生成素样蛋白2检测对胃癌诊断的临床意义

      【摘要】 目的 探讨联合检测癌胚抗原(CEA)和血管生成素样蛋白2 (Ang-2)对胃癌的诊断价值。方法 选
取2012年2月至2015年2月本院收治的胃癌手术患者180例，同时选择我院健康体检者95例为对照组。检测两组
受检者的血清CEA和Ang-2水平，分析胃癌患者术前血清CEA、Ang-2与其临床病理特征的相关性。结果 胃癌
组患者的血清CEA和Ang-2水平分别为(13.40±5.21) μg/L和(2.44±0.27) μg/L，均明显高于对照组的(2.14±0.58) μg/L
和(0.85±0.10) μg/L，差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；胃癌患者CEA和Ang-2的阳性率与低分化、Ⅲ~Ⅳ临床分
期/淋巴结浸润显著相关(P<0.01)，与患者的年龄、性别和原发部位无相关性(P>0.05)；血清CEA联合Ang-2检测对
胃癌诊断的特异性和灵敏度分别为96.71%和93.62%，均高于CEA或Ang-2单独检测。结论 血清CEA和Ang-2
联合检测能明显提高胃癌的诊断率。

Clinical significance of the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen combined with vascular like protein 2 on the
diagnosis of gastric cancer.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate diagnostic value of the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen combined
with vascular like protein 2 on the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods A total of 180 patients with gastric cancer
(gastric cancer group) in our hospital from February of 2012 to February of 2015 were selected, and 95 health physical
examination people were enrolled as control group. Serum levels of CEA and Ang-2 in two groups were detected. The
relationship between serum Ang-2 and CEA in patients with gastric cancer and clinicopathological faclors was ana-
lyzed. Results Serum levels of CEA and Ang-2 in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those of control
group [(13.40±5.21) μg/L vs (2.14±0.58) μg/L, (2.44±0.27) μg/L vs (0.85±0.10) μg/L, P<0.01]. Positive rates of CEA and
Ang-2 in patients with gastric cancer were significantly correlated with poorly differentiated,Ⅲ~Ⅳ in clinical stages, and
lymph node infiltration (P<0.01). There was no correlation between age, sex, and primary site (P>0.05). The specificity and
sensitivity of CEA combined with Ang-2 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were 96.71% and 93.62%, respectively, which
was significantly higher than single detection of serum CEA and Ang-2. Conclusion Combined detection of serum CEA
and Ang-2 can significantly improve the diagnosis rate of gastric cancer.
