      【摘要】 目的 评价车载直接数字摄影技术(DR)在院外大规模胸部健康体检中的应用价值。方法 随机
抽取我院2012年6~12月车载DR图像和车载传统X线摄影胶片各1 000例及同时段车载X线透视1 000例受检者的
检查结果进行对比、分析图象质量、病变检出率及受检者的受照剂量。结果 车载DR图像质量好,清晰度高,DR组
甲级片率(64.2%)明显高于传统X线摄影组(43.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且废片率为0,优于车载传统X
摄影;病变检出率车载DR为7.9%,均比传统X摄影的4.6%及X线透视的3.1%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且
图像可长期保存,便于对照;受检者个人受照剂量车载 DR为(0.50±0.04) mGy,明显低于传统 X线摄影的
(2.35±0.70) mGy和X透视的(8.40±1.08) mGy,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 车载DR使用灵活、方便、高效,
病变检出率高,而且明显降低受检者的照射剂量,安全性高,可作为院外健康体检首选的X影像设备之一。

Application of mobile digital radiography in chest health examination outside the hospital.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of mobile digital radiography (DR) in chest health ex-
amination outside the hospital. Methods A comparative study of mobile DR (1 000 cases), mobile traditional X-ray
photography (1 000 cases) and fluoroscopy (1 000 cases) from June 2012 to December 2012 were performed to ana-
lyze their image quality, detection rate of lesions and exposure dose. Results Mobile DR images were of good quali-
ty, with high-definition. Class A piece rate of DR group (64.2%) was significantly higher than that of traditional X-ray
photography group (43.1%), P<0.05. The scrap rate of DR group was 0, superior to the traditional X-ray photography
group. The lesion detection rate on-board of DR group was 7.9%, significantly higher than traditional X-ray photogra-
phy group (4.6%) and X-ray fluoroscopy group (3.1%), P<0.05. And the images of mobile DR can be preserved for a
long term and were easy to control. Client personal illuminated dose of DR was (0.50 ±0.04) mGy, significantly lower
than that of traditional X-ray photography [(2.35 ± 0.70) mGy] and X-ray fluoroscopy [(8.40 ± 1.08) mGy], P<0.05.
Conclusion Mobile DR is flexible, convenient, and efficient, with high lesion detection rate and good safety, which
significantly reduces the illuminated dose of clients. It can be used as the preferred X-ray imaging equipment for
healthy check-up outside the hospital.
