标题：广州市独生子女病残儿家庭孕前优生健康检查结果分析

      【摘要】 目的 了解独生子女病残儿父母的健康状况，分析影响其生殖健康的不良因素，以便更好地开展
优生咨询和再生育指导工作。方法 对广州市2013年审批的第一胎病残儿准生二胎的401对父母的孕前健康
检查结果进行分析。结果 401个家庭中有遗传病家族史或生育史者161个，常规体格检查血压升高者63人，女
性生殖系统检查异常者76人，男性生殖系统检查异常者208人，妇科B超异常者39人；实验室检测结果异常前四
位为白带常规异常、尿常规异常、乙肝五项异常(除HBsAb外，至少1项为阳性)和地中海贫血初筛阳性，分别占总
人数的39.50%、25.44%、20.45%和12.97%；经评估后具有高风险因素的比例高达75.06%。结论 实施孕前优生
健康检查，通过病残儿医学鉴定对再生育夫妇行优生指导及监测，对降低再生育二胎出生缺陷发生率和提高出
生人口素质具有重大现实意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the health status and factors related to reproductive health of the cou-
ples who had a disabled child and were planning to bear a second child in Guangzhou. Methods The pre-pregnancy
health checkup results of 401 couples who had a disabled child and were allowed to bear a second child were analyzed
and evaluated in our institute in 2013. Results In 401 couples, 161 couples had a family history of genetic disease,
76 subjects had elevated blood pressure, 284 had abnormal reproductive system (76 females and 208 males), 39 fe-
males had abnormal B-ultrasonography. The top 4 factors of abnormal results of laboratory were leucorrhea routine ab-
normal, routine urine abnormal, Hepatitis B screening abnormal, thalassemia screening abnormal, which accounted for
39.50%, 25.44%, 20.45% and 12.97% of the total, respectively. Adverse factors influenced the couples health propor-
tion was as high as 75.06%. Conclusion The pre-pregnancy health checkup is helpful to reduce birth defects and im-
prove the quality of population.
