      【摘要】 目的 研究复合型可注射磷酸钙骨水泥应用于胫骨平台 SchatzkerⅡ型骨折的生物力学效果。
方法 选取10对老年尸体胫骨近端标本,制备成胫骨平台SchatzkerⅡ型骨折模型;将10对标本随机分配到观察
组和对照组,分别采用复合型可注射磷酸钙骨水泥和自体松质骨进行植骨固定,检测两组标本的生物相容性以
及生物力学强度。结果 观察组复合型可注射磷酸钙骨水泥料浸提液处理后,小鼠结缔组织成纤维细胞株L929
的MTT值以及G0/G1比例、S期比例、G2/M期比例与对照组自体松质骨浸提液处理无差异;观察组标本的最大载
荷及抗压刚度值均高于对照组。结论 复合型可注射磷酸钙骨水泥的最大载荷以及抗压刚度均更大,且与自体
松质骨的生物相容性相当,是治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅡ型骨折的理想材料。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the biomechanical effects of composite type injectable calcium phosphate
bone cement in TypeⅡ Schatzker tibial plateau fractures. Methods Ten couples of elderly cadavers (mice) proximal
tibia specimens were collected and prepared for Schatzker Ⅱ tibial plateau fracture model; 10 couples of specimens
were randomly divided into observation group and control group, given respectively composite type injectable calci-
um phosphate bone cement and autogenous cancellous bone for bone grafting fixation. Biocompatibility and biome-
chanics of the two groups were compared. Results After the composite type injectable calcium phosphate bone ce-
ment extract liquor treatment in observation group, the MTT value and G0/G1 ratio, S ratio, G2/M ratio of connective
tissue fibroblast cell line L929 had no difference with that of the control group; but the maximum load and compres-
sion stiffness values of observation group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The maximum
load and compression stiffness values of composite type injectable calcium phosphate bone cement are larger, and its
biocompatibility is equal with that of the autogenous cancellous bone. It is thus an ideal material for TypeⅡ Schatzk-
er tibial plateau fractures.
