      标题:Wee1、Noxa蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及临床意义

      【摘要】 目的 探讨Wee1、Noxa蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 收集2005年1月至2010年
12月期间在张家口市第一人民医院和中国人民解放军 251医院耳鼻喉科住院患者 70例,手术病理活检均明确
诊断为鼻咽癌。应用免疫组织化学(EnVisionTM)法分别检测Wee1、Noxa蛋白在 70例鼻咽癌组织和 30例正常组
织中的表达,R×C列表卡方法分析其表达与临床病理因素的关系,同时 Spearman法分析两蛋白之间的相关性。
结果 Wee1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织、正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为 52.86% (37/70)、10.00% (3/30),两组比较差异
有显著统计学意义(χ2=16.07,P<0.01);Noxa蛋白在鼻咽癌组织、正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为38.57%、63.33%,
两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.18,P<0.05);Wee1、Noxa蛋白的表达均与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移、浸润邻近组织
及EBV感染有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、组织学类型及肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05)。Wee1蛋白与Noxa蛋白在鼻咽癌组
织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.72,P<0.01)。结论 Wee1蛋白的高表达和Noxa蛋白低表达参与了鼻咽癌的发生,两者
的异常表达补充了鼻咽癌发生的相关机制。

Expression of Wee1 and Noxa protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Wee1 and Noxa protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma
and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 70 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, who were definitely diagnosed
as nasopharyngeal carcinoma by surgery pathology biopsy in the First People's Hospital of Zhangjiakou City and the
251th Hospital of PLA from January 2005 to December 2010, were selected as the subjects. Expressions of Wee1 and
Noxa protein were detected by immunohistochemistry (EnvisionTM) in 70 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 30
cases of normal tissue. The relationship between expressions of Wee1 and Noxa protein and clinical factor was ana-
lyzed by RxC χ 2 test, and the correlation between Wee1 and Noxa protein was analyzed by Spearman's rank correla-
tion. Results The positive expressions rate of Wee1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues [52.86% (37/70)]
was significantly higher than that in normal tissues [10.00% (3/30)], χ 2=16.07, P<0.01, while the positive expression
rate of Noxa protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues [38.57% (27/70)] was significantly lower than that in normal
tissues [63.33% (19/30)], χ2=5.18, P<0.05. The expressions of Wee1 protein and Noxa protein in nasopharyngeal carci-
noma tissues were related to tumor size, lymph node metastasis, infiltrating adjacent tissues and EBV infection (P<
0.05), but not related to gender, age, histological category and tumor site (P>0.05). The expression of Wee1 protein in
nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue was negative correlation with the expression of Noxa protein (r=-0.72, P<0.01).
Conclusion The overexpression of Wee1 protein and low expression of Noxa protein take part in the development of
nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and their abnormal expression may be supplements for the mechanism of nasopharyngeal
carcinoma.
