标题：少弱精子症患者PRM2基因mRNA表达水平的研究

      【摘要】 目的 探讨少弱精子症患者与正常人精液精子中PRM2基因mRNA的表达水平。方法 选取少弱
精子症患者20例为实验组，精子正常者10例为对照组，比较两组间精子浓度、活力和PRM2 mRNA水平的变化。
结果 PRM2 mRNA水平，实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；精子浓度，两组间差异有显著统计学意
义(P<0.01)；A级精子，两组间比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；A+B级精子，两组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<
0.01)；另外PRM2 mRNA水平与A级精子和A+B级之间存在正相关性(相关系数分别为0.419，0.571；P值分别为
0.021，0.001)。结论 少弱精子症患者其PRM2基因mRNA表达水平低于正常人，我们推测PRM2基因的mRNA的
表达水平可以在一定程度上反映患者的精子质量水平，检测精子中PRM2 mRNA的表达水平能在一定程度上反映
睾丸精子发生过程中的表达事件，可成为男性不育症病因研究、检测和临床治疗效果观察的一个重要指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression levels of PRM2 mRNA in oligoasthenozoospermia pa-
tients and healthy men with normal semen sperm. Methods Twenty patients with oligoasthenozoospermia were cho-
sen as experimental group and 10 healthy men with normal semen sperm were chosen as control group. Then the
sperm concentration, vitality and PRM2 mRNA levels between the two groups were compared. Results There were
statistical differences between experimental group and controlled group in the expression levels of PRM2 mRNA,
sperm concentration, the percentage of grade A sperm and the percentage of grade A+B sperm (P<0.05). And there
was a positive correlation between PRM2 mRNA levels and the percentage of grade A sperm and the percentage of
grade A+B sperm (correlation coefficients were 0.419 and 0.571, respectively; P were 0.021 and 0.001, respectively).
Conclusion The expression level of PRM2 mRNA may predict the patient's sperm quality in a certain extent. Since
PRM2 mRNA levels could reflect the expression events in spermatogenesis, it is supposed to be an important indicator
in the research of etiology, testing and clinical observation of treatment effect in male infertility.
