      【摘要】 血小板衍生生长因子-BB (Platelet-derived growth factor，PDGF-BB)是PDGF的一个亚型，是广泛
存在于多种组织的多肽生长因子，可以通过促进成骨细胞的增殖和分化及抑制破骨细胞增殖和分化的双重作
用，促进口腔种植过程中骨组织的再生，同时还能促进软组织的再生。本文就血小板衍生生长因子-BB修复组
织缺损的作用作一综述。

【Abstract】 Objective Platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB), a subtype of PDGF, is a polypeptide
growth factors which widely exists in multiple tissues. PDGF-BB playes a dual role in promoting osteoblast prolifera-
tion and differentiation and inhibiting osteoclast proliferation and differentiation, and consequently helps the regenera-
tion of bone tissue in the process of oral planting. Meanwhile, it could also promote the regeneration of the soft tissue.
The effects of PDGF-BB in tissue reparation are summarized in this review.
