      标题:PBL教学法与传统教学法在心电图教学中的应用效果比较

      【摘要】 目的 观察以问题为基础的学习方法(PBL)在心电图教学中的效果。方法 将58名实习生分为A组
和B组,各29人,A组采用传统教学方法,B组采用PBL教学方法。以心电图教学结束后理论考试、心电图阅读分析
和问卷调查的形式评估两种教学法的效果。结果 B组的理论考试和阅读分析心电图考试成绩明显高于A组,差异
有统计学意义(P<0.01)。教学满意度、技能及知识的掌握程度、提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、分析问题和解决问题5
个项目的满意率,B组均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法更能提高心电图教学质量。

Comparison on the effects of PBL and traditional teaching method in ECG teaching.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of PBL used in ECG teaching. Methods Fifty-eight intern stu-
dents were divided into group A (29 students) and group B (29 students). Traditional teaching method was used in
group A, and PBL were used in group B. Achievements of ECG and satisfaction rate of survey were compared be-
tween the two groups. Results Achievements of theory examination, reading and analysis of ECG in group B were
higher than those in group A (P<0.01). Teaching satisfaction, mastery degree of technical ability and knowledge, ad-
vance study interest, advance self-learning ability, analysis question and solve question, satisfaction rates of group B
were higher than those in group A (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion PBL can improve the teaching quality of ECG.
