标题：医院管理之医疗质量评价与信息利用

      【摘要】 近年来，随着人们生活质量的提高，我国的医疗服务工作质量也得到了相应的改善，但是患者看病
难、看病贵这一长期难题依然存在。通过最近报道的几起严重的医疗纠纷事件，说明我国的医疗管理制度仍不
完善，给社会带来了不良的影响，同时也损害了医疗行业的形象。医院质量评估是判断医院优劣的标准，医学信
息的利用使医疗工作变得更加便利。因此，笔者建议通过医疗质量评估和信息的利用进一步健全我国的医院管
理工作。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the improvement of living quality, the country's medical service quality were
improved correspondingly. However, the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service still exist. Recent reports of
several serious medical disputes showed deficiencies in medical management system in our country, which had lead to
bad impact on the society and negative image in the medical institutes. Hospital quality evaluation is the criterion for
evaluation, and the use of medical information makes the medical work to be more convenient. Therefore, the medical
quality evaluation and the use of information are recommended to improve hospital management in our country.
