标题：急性脑梗死患者单病种质量控制总结

      【摘要】 目的 总结海南省某院急性脑梗死患者单病种质量控制的执行及经验。方法 根据卫生部“第一
批单病种质量控制指标”设计表格，将查阅的98例脑梗死患者病历资料记录在预先设计的表格上，以Excel对病
案资料进行分析。结果 7.14%的患者在3 h内就诊；75.51%的患者在45 min内完成头颅CT检查，35.71%患者在
45 min内完成急诊血液检查；4.08%的患者进行溶栓治疗；所有入院脑梗死患者均得到抗栓治疗；58.16%的患者
进行了康复治疗；68.37%的患者治疗有效；平均住院日 14.18 d，平均住院总费用 16 358元，平均药物比例
49.54%。结论 某院对脑梗死患者的诊疗基本符合单病种质量控制指标要求。

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the experience of single disease quality control in acute cerebral infarction
in a hospital in Hainan province. Methods According to the requirements of“Single Disease Quality Control Index”
issued by the Ministry of Health, the patients' information was recorded in pre-designed form and analyzed with Ex-
cel. Results 7.14% patients came to the doctors within 3 h, 75.51% patients finished the CT scan within 45 min,
35.71% patients finished the blood tests within 45 min. 4.08% patients received thrombolytic therapy, all patients re-
ceived antithrombotic therapy, 58.16% patients underwent rehabilitation and 68.37% patients got successful treatment.
The average hospitalization days were 14.18 days, the mean total cost was 16 358 RMB, and the mean medicine pro-
portion was 49.54%. Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the hospital were in
line with“Single Disease Quality Control Index”.
