标题：神农百解方防治放射性口干燥症的临床研究

      【摘要】 目的 采用中草药制剂神农百解方干预鼻咽癌放疗全过程，客观评价其对放射性口干的疗效，
以期为临床防治放射性口干提供新的干预手段。方法 80例鼻咽癌初治患者随机分成观察组(中草药+放化
疗)和对照组(单纯放化疗)，各 40例。于放疗前、DT 36 Gy、DT 60 Gy、全程放疗结束及结束后 4周行口干程度
评价和唾液流率测定。结果 放疗过程中所有病例均出现口干反应：在DT 36 Gy时，观察组以轻度口干(G2)
为多，占 20例(50.0%)，而对照组以中度口干(G2)为多，占 19例(47.5%)；随着照射剂量的增加，口干程度呈加重
趋势，但观察组中、重度口干的发生率明显低于对照组。其中在DT 60 Gy时，对照组G3 20例(50.0%)明显高于
观察组G3 10例(25.0%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在唾液流率监测方面，随着放疗剂量的增加，两组患者
放疗后各时段的唾液流率均有下降，与对照组相同时段比较，观察组的唾液流率较对照组高，差异有统计学
意义(P<0.01)。结论 中草药制剂神农百解方安全有效、价格低廉、服用方便，能有效减轻患者口干症状，可
以作为临床防治放射性口干燥症的一种新的治疗手段。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Shennong baijie decoction in the intervention of ra-
dioactive dry mouth disease in the whole process of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, so as to provide a new in-
tervention for clinical prevention and treatment of radioactive dry mouth. Methods Eighty patients with nasopharyn-
geal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group (Chinese herbal medicine+radiation and chemotherapy)
