      【摘要】 目的 分析实习护生护理伦理缺失现象,评价强化教育效果。方法 选取340名实习护生,采用自
行设计调查问卷对强化教育前后尊重、情感、公正、审慎、慎独5个维度、共计40个条目展开问卷调查;对所有实
习护生定时进行医学伦理理论知识学习、尊重患者的知情同意权和隐私权、规范工作流程、强化服务意识、加强
人文关怀教育、培养审慎的工作态度及培养慎独的人格修养等全方位的伦理强化教育。结果 强化教育后实习
护生尊重、情感、审慎、慎独几个维度评分明显提高,与强化教育前比较差异具有统计学意义(t=2.663、2.542、
2.749、2.2815,P<0.05);公正维度评分与强化教育前比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.257,P>0.05);各维度排名前三位
条目评分均有效改善。结论 实习护生均存在一定程度的护理伦理缺失现象,通过护理伦理强化教育,可以有
效提高实习护生护理伦理道德水准。

Survey of ethics missing in nursing students and the effect of strengthened education.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the ethical missing in nursing students and evaluating the effect of
strengthened education. Methods A total of 340 nursing students were selected and given self-designed question-
naire before and after strengthened education of respect, affection, justice, prudence and caution alone with a total of
40 entries. All nursing students were given theoretical knowledge of medical ethics, including respecting the patient's
right to informed consent and privacy, standardizing the work processes, enhancing the service awareness, strength-
ening humane care education, training and culturing prudent attitude and "caution alone" personality. Results After
strengthened education, the dimensions scores of respect, affection, prudence and caution alone in nursing students
were statistically significantly improved compared with before strengthened education (t=2.663, t=2.542, t=2.749, t=
2.281 5, P<0.05). There was no significant difference at the dimension score of justice between before and after
strengthen the education (t=1.257, P>0.05). The scores of top three entries in each dimension were effectively im-
proved. Conclusions To some degree, there is an absence of nursing ethics in nursing students, while it could be im-
proved by strengthened education of nursing ethics.
