标题：昂丹司琼防治剖宫产腰麻后低血压的研究进展

      【摘要】 随着现代医学技术的不断发展，剖宫产术已经成为妇科常用术式。剖宫产的麻醉方式主要以腰麻为主。但腰麻术后常并发低血压、心动过缓、头痛、恶心呕吐、寒战等并发症。昂丹司琼作为一种五羟色胺受体拮抗剂，常用于围术期恶心、呕吐的预防和治疗。最新研究发现，其在治疗产妇剖宫产术后低血压等并发症具有一定的作用。

Progress of ondansetron prevent hypotension after spinal anesthesia for cesarean section.

Department of Anaesthesiology, Renhe Hospital, Three Gorges University, Yichang 443000, Hubei, CHINA【Abstract】 With the continuous development of modern medical technology, cesarean section has become acommon surgical procedure, and spinal anesthesia is the main anesthesia method of cesarean section. But spinal anesthe-sia is often complicated with postoperative hypotension, bradycardia, nausea and vomiting, headache, chills. Ondanse-tron, a serotonin hydroxytamine receptor antagonist, is commonly used in the prevention and treatment of perioperativenausea and vomiting. The latest study found that cesarean section has a certain role in the treatment of the postoperativehypotension and other complications.
