      标题:健康教育在帕金森病疾病管理中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育在帕金森病(PD)疾病管理中的应用效果。方法 将 70例帕金森病患者按
就诊先后排号分为对照组(单号)和观察组(双号)各 35例,对照组患者进行一般常规专病门诊随访,观察组患
者进行PD相关内容的健康教育,为期均为 6个月。在入组基线时和 6个月随访后对两组患者分别进行PD评
分量表Ⅲ(UPDRS-Ⅲ)、PD非运动症状 30问卷(PD-NMS-30)、PD生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)评分。随访期间患
者若需抗 PD药物治疗,记录药物种类及用量。结果 经过健康教育后,观察组患者在 PD非运动症状
PD-NMS-30评分[(11.34±4.70)分]以及生活质量 PDQ-39评分[(20.14±10.73)分]均较基线入组时[PD-NMS-30
评分:(14.17±5.02)分,PDQ-39评分:(35.91±25.30)分]明显下降,与对照组[PD-NMS-30评分:(13.83±4.66)分,
PDQ-39评分:(29.11±22.15)分]比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从药物治疗情况(多巴等效剂量)看,随访 6
个月前后观察组与对照组患者之间差异都无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组患者在随访 6个月后与其基线入组
时相比差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 针对帕金森病患者进行健康教育在一定程度上对患者的生存质
量具有积极的改善作用,可作为慢性病管理实践的重要部分。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of health education in the management of patients with Parkin-
son's disease (PD). Methods Seventy patients with Parkinson's disease were divided into control group (35 cases)
and observation group (35 cases) based on the order of visit. The control group received routine treatment, and the ob-
servation group received health education additionally. All patients were assessed by UPDRS-Ⅲ, PD-NMS-30 and
PDQ-39 score at the baseline and after 6 months of follow-up. The drug and drug dosage were recorded for the pa-
tients needing anti-PD treatment. Results After health education, the scores of PD-NMS-30 and PDQ-39 in the ob-
servation group [(11.34±4.70), (20.14±10.73)] decreased significantly, compared with the scores in the observation
group at the baseline [(14.17±5.02), (35.91±25.30)], P<0.05. The scores in observation group also showed statistically
significant difference with those in the control group [(13.83±4.66), (29.11±22.15)], P<0.05. For drug treatment, there
was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after the follow-up (P>0.05), and there
was also no significant difference in the two groups between after the follow-up and the baseline. Conclusion The
health education could partly improve the quality of life of PD patients. The health education, as an important part of
the chronic disease management practice, is a benign intervention on Parkinson's disease.
