      【摘要】 目的 探讨层级管理模式在体检中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2014年 3月至 2015年 3
月,中国人民解放军第 187中心医院体检中心 38名护理人员采用层级管理模式进行护理管理,措施包括合理
设置岗位、明确岗位职责、建立培训与考核制度、实行弹性排班。比较实施前后护士的技能水平及体检者对
护理服务满意度。结果 层级管理模式实施后体检者对护理服务的满意率为 93.0%,明显高于实施前的
74.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);理论考试与操作考核的平均得分也均明显高于实施前,差异均有统计学
意义(P<0.05)。结论 层级管理模式能提升健康体检护理管理水平,提高护理服务满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of level management mode in nursing management
of Health Examination Center. Methods From Mar 2014 to Mar 2015, level management mode was used in the nurs-
ing management of Health Examination Center in the 187th Central Hospital of Chinese PLA (38 nurses). The mea-
sures included rational posts setting, clear job responsibility, established system of training and examination as well as
elastic shift arrangement. Satisfaction of examination people to nursing service and nurse technical ability were com-
pared before and after the implementation of the level management. Results Satisfaction rate of examination people
to nursing service after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation (93.0% vs 74.0%, P<0.05).
Average scores of theory examination [(96.8 ± 12.3) vs (84.2 ± 10.4)] and operation examination [(95.7 ± 13.8) vs
(85.6 ± 9.5)] after the implementation were higher than those before implementation (P<0.05). Conclusion Level
management mode can enhance the level of nursing management of Health Examination Center, and improve the satis-
faction to nursing service.
