      标题:肺癌肿瘤实性区CT强化程度的影响因素

      【摘要】 目的 探讨影响肺癌肿瘤实性区的CT强化程度的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析 2012年 10月至
2013年10月我院收治的153例行胸部CT增强扫描肺癌患者的临床资料,统计分析肿瘤实性区的CT强化程度与
肿瘤T分期、病理类型、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的关系。结果 153例肺癌肿瘤实性区的CT强化程度的范
围为(1.652~4.193),平均(2.529±0.592)。T1期 9例,T2期 57例,T3期 36例,T4期 51例,平均CT强化程度分别为
(2.145±0.334)、(2.288±0.445)、(2.625±0.589)、(2.767±0.659)。T1期和T2期、T3期和T4期之间差异无统计学意义
(P>0.05);T3期和T4期明显高于T1期和T2期,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小细胞癌25例,鳞癌44例,腺癌78
例,平均CT强化程度分别为(2.208±0.484)、(2.567±0.485)、(2.680±0.641);鳞癌和腺癌比较差异无统计学意义
(P>0.05),小细胞癌明显低于鳞癌和腺癌,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。NSE水平范围为8.02~109.73 ng/ml,平
均(28.423±20.473) ng/ml,经线性相关分析CT强化程度与NSE水平之间无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 随着肿
瘤T分期的增高肺癌肿瘤实性区的CT强化程度有逐渐升高的趋势;非小细胞肺癌的CT强化程度高于小细胞肺
癌;肺癌肿瘤实性区的CT强化程度与NSE水平无明显相关性。

Influence factors on the degree of CT enhancement of solid area of lung cancer.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence factors on the degree of CT enhancement of solid area of Lung
cancer. Methods The clinical data of 153 patients with lung cancer underwent chest enhancement CT scanning from
October 2012 to October 2103 were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship between the degrees of CT enhancement
in solid area of lung cancer and the tumor T stage (T1/T2/T3/T4), pathological types (squamous carcinoma/small cell
carcinoma/ adenocarcinoma) as well as neuron specific enolization enzyme (NSE) was analyzed. Results The range
of the degree of CT enhancement in 153 cases of lung cancer were 1.652~4.193 with a mean value of (2.529 ±0.592).
The average degree of CT enhancement in 9 cases of T1, 57 cases of T2 , 36 cases of T3 and 51 cases of T4 were
(2.145±0.334), (2.288±0.445), (2.625±0.589) and (2.767±0.659), respectively. There were no statistically significant
differences between T1 and T2, T3 and T4 (P>0.05). And the degrees in T3 and T4 were significantly higher than those in
T1 and T2 with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the average degree of CT enhancement in 25
cases of small cell carcinoma, 44 cases of squamous carcinoma and 79 cases of adenocarcinoma were (2.208±0.484),
(2.567±0.485) and (2.680±0.64), respectively. The difference between squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma had
no statistical significance (P>0.05), while degree in small cell carcinoma was significantly lower than those in the
squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). NSE levels ranged from
8.02 ng/ml to 109.73 ng/ml with a mean value of (28.423±20.473) ng/ ml. The degree of CT enhancement had no obvi-
ous correlation with NSE levels according to the linear correlation analysis (P>0.05). Conclusion The degree of CT
enhancement in solid area of lung cancer had an increased trend with the elevated T stages. The degree of CT enhance-
ment in non-small cell lung cancer was higher than that in small cell lung cancer. There was no obvious correlation be-
tween the of CT enhancement and NSE levels.
