      标题:头体针治疗急性期脑梗塞疗效评定及对血管内皮生长因子的影响

      【摘要】 目的 评定头体针治疗急性期脑梗塞的疗效,同时观察其对血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法
取在我院确诊并进行治疗的急性期脑梗塞患者120例,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组仅使用药物治
疗,实验组除采用药物治疗之外,还使用头体针进行治疗。观察两组患者的疗效情况以及血管内皮生长因子的
变化。结果 治疗后,实验组总有效率(94.45%)明显高于对照组(64.42%);实验组总积分[(22.13±5.34)分]也明显
高于对照组[(15.38±5.68)分],两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 72 h后实验组血管内皮生长因子水平
[(251.20±52.20) mg/L)明显高于对照组[(245.30±45.30) mg/L],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 头体针治疗
急性期脑梗塞具有明显疗效,对血管内皮生长因子的表达具有一定促进作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture in treating acute ce-
rebral infarction, and observe its impact on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods 120 cases of patients
diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group. The con-
trol group were treated only with medicine, and the experimental group were treated with scalp acupuncture and body
acupuncture combined with medicine. Observe the efficacy and VEGF changes in two groups. Results After treatment,
the total effective rate of experimental group (94.45%) was significantly higher than that of control group (64.42%). To-
tal integral of experimental group (22.13±5.34) was significantly higher than that of control group (15.38±5.68) (P<
0.05). After 72 h, the vascular endothelial growth factor of experimental group [(251.20±52.20) mg/L] was significant-
ly higher than that of control group [(245.30 ± 45.30) mg/L] (P<0.05). Conclusion Scalpacupuncture and body acu-
puncture has obviously efficacy in treating acute cerebral infarction with positive effects on the expression of VEGF.
