      【摘要】 目的 应用关联规则的方法探讨中药治疗手足口病用药规律。方法 在中国知网、万方、维普资
源系统搜索2000年1月至2012年12月有关中药治疗手足口病的中文文献,选取临床报道治疗无不良反应,治疗
例数在20例以上,有关治疗手足口病内服汤剂154副,用关联规则方法中的Aprion算法分析方剂中药对的应用
规律。结果 在154副中药复方中共使用158种药物2 011频次。其中,使用频次在40次以上的依次为金银花、
连翘、生石膏等13味中药,使用总频次为978次,关联规则方法分析得出高频使用支持度和置信度排序在前15位
的药组有18组,其中高频复合药对有12组。结论 运用关联规则等数据挖掘方法,可较好地发现中医治疗手足
口病复方中药对用药的规律,为临床规范遣方用药提供理论指导。

Analysis of the association rules of the compatibility law on the compound drugs for hand-foot-mouth disease.

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the rule of medication of traditional Chinese medicine in treating
Hand-foot-mouth disease by using association rules. Methods Articles about traditional Chinese medicine treating
Hand-foot-mouth disease were collected from CNKI, Weipu, WANFANG DATA from January 2000 to December
2012. From those articles, 154 traditional Chinese oral decoctions with no adverse reaction were selected. Meanwhile,
in those selections, the case number was above 20. Aprion algorithm was employed to analyze the application law of
medicine pair in prescription. Results In the 154 Chinese herbal compounds, 158 drugs were used for 2011 times.
Among them, honeysuckle flower, forsythia, gypsum and other 13 kinds were used more than 40 times, and the total
frequency of utilization was 978. There were 18 high frequently used medicine pairs ranking in the top 15 of the as-
sociation rule analysis. Among those pairs, medicine pair from heat clearing drugs occupied 15 groups, medicine
pair from heat-clearing drugs and antipyretics occupied 2 groups, and medicine pair from diaphoretic occupied 1
group. Conclusion By using association rules, the law of medicine pair in traditional Chinese medicine com-
pounds could be better discovered in treating Hand-foot-mouth disease, which will provide theoretical guidance to
clinical medication.
