      【摘要】 牙周炎是以造成牙周组织破坏为特点的口腔疾病，牙周膜是口腔牙周组织重要的组成部分，牙周
组织的丧失是成年人失牙的主要原因，如何有效地终止病变并再生牙周组织在将来有可能会成为牙周炎新的治
疗方法之一。牙周组织的再生研究中，动物模型起到了非常重要的作用，本文对牙周组织再生研究中使用的动
物及其特点做一综述。

【Abstract】 Periodontitis is an oral disease that causes destruction of the periodontal tissue, periodontal liga-
ment is an important part of the periodontal tissue, the loss of periodontal tissue is the main cause of adult tooth loss,
and how to terminate the lesions and regenerate the periodontal tissue is likely to be one of the new treatments for peri-
odontitis. Animal model counts for much in the periodontal regeneration research, a review about animal model in the
periodontal regeneration research and their characteristics will be present here.
