      【摘要】 Caveolae (小窝结构)是细胞质膜上一种富含胆固醇和鞘脂的特异性囊状结构脂筏。近年来研究
发现其特异蛋白Caveolin (小窝蛋白)通过影响胰岛素信号转导的作用从而改善胰岛素抵抗。同时,Caveolae/
Caveolin通过对内皮细胞的损伤及其与对肥胖相关因素的作用,参与糖尿病的形成及发展。本文主要就
Caveolae/Caveolin在糖尿病及糖尿病并发症中的作用进行综述。

【Abstract】 Caveolae is a specific capsular structural lipid raft located in plasmamembrane, this structure is
rich in cholesterol and sphingolipid. Recently, its specific protein caveolin has been demonstrated to involve in insulin
resistance by regulate insulin signal transduction. Caveolae/Caveolin is also believed to play a role in obesity and dia-
betes mellitus development by endothelial injury mechanisms. This review focused on the role of Caveolae/Caveolin
in the developmentof diabetes mellitus and its complications.
