标题：家属干预模式对精神科患者自知力及治疗依从性的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察家属干预模式对改善精神科患者自知力及治疗依从性的作用。方法 选取 2011年 7
月至2012年12月84例精神科患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规干预模式组）和观察组（家属干预模式
组）各42例，然后将两组患者干预前与干预后1个月与3个月时的自知力与治疗态度问卷量表（ITAQ量表）、治疗
依从性及自知力评估量表（SAUMD）的评估结果进行比较。结果 观察组干预后 1个月与 3个月时的 ITAQ量
表、治疗依从性及 SAUMD量表评估结果均优于本组干预前，并且优于对照组干预后1个月与3个月时的评估结
果，其差异均具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论 家属干预模式对精神科患者自知力及治疗依从性的影响均
较为积极，其有助于改善患者的治疗态度，提高患者的治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To study and observe the influence of family intervention model on the improvement
of insight and treatment compliance of patients in Department of Psychiatry. Methods 84 patients in Department of
Psychiatry from July 2011 to December 2012 were selected as research objects，and were randomly divided into con-
trol group (routine intervention model group, n=42)and observation group (family intervention model group, n=42)，
then the evaluation results of insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ score)，treatment compliance and
scale to assess unawareness of mental disorder (SAUMD) score of two groups before the intervention and at first and
third month after the treatment were compared. Results The evaluation results of ITAQ score，treatment compliance
and SAUMD score of observation group at first and third month after the treatment were all better than those before
the intervention，and were better than those of control group at first and third month after the treatment，all P<0.05.
Conclusion Family intervention model plays an active role for the improvement of insight and treatment compliance
of patients in Department of Psychiatry.
