标题：综合护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者依从性和生存质量的影响

      【摘要】 目的 观察综合护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者依从性和生存质量的影响。方法 2011年6月至
2012年6月，112例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为两组各56例，对照组仅采用常规护理，观察组则采用综合护理干
预，比较两组患者的治疗依从性、负性情绪、生活质量以及肾功能相关指标的变化。结果 观察组的治疗依从性、
积极性明显优于对照组 (P<0.05)。护理干预后，观察组SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(39.64±3.28)分、(41.58±5.04)分，
均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活满意度、健康指数、情感得分、一般感情指数水平分别为(9.32±1.54)分、
(12.13±1.69)分、(49.76±7.28)分和(8.25±1.41)分，均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组尿素氮、肌酐、白蛋白、血红蛋
白水平分别为(19.79±2.36) mmol/L、(1012.21±94.37) μmol/L、(48.65±1.75) g/L和(98.46±7.65) g/L，均明显高于对
照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预能够明显提高慢性肾功能衰竭患者的治疗依从性、积极性，改善焦虑、抑郁
情绪以及生存质量，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic
renal failure.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance and
quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods From March 2011 to March 2012, 112 cases of chronic
renal failure were divided into two groups, and control group with 56 cases were only treated with normal nursing,
while observation group with 56 cases were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The compliance, nega-
tive emotion, quality of life and renal indexes between two groups were compared. Results The treatment adher-
ence, motivation in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). After interven-
tion, the SAS, SDS scores in observation group were 39.64±3.28, 41.58±5.04, which significantly lower than those in
control group (P<0.05); life satisfaction, health index, emotional score, the general sentiment index in observation
group were 9.32±1.54, 12.13±1.69, 49.76±7.28 and 8.25±1.41, which significantly higher than those in control group
(P<0.05); levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine, albumin, hemoglobin in observation group were (19.79±2.36) mmol/L,
(1012.21±94.37) μmol/L, (48.65±1.75) g/L and (98.46±7.65) g/L, which significantly higher than those in control
group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for chronic renal failure patients can enhance treat-
ment adherence, motivation, alleviate negative emotion, and improve quality of life.
