      【摘要】 目的 了解海南省临高县农村居民对人体常见肠道寄生虫病的知晓情况和卫生意识，为进一步开
展农村居民肠道寄生虫病的卫生宣教和防治工作提供指导性依据。方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法在临高县
农村居民中开展面对面的调查问卷，完整问卷采纳为有效样本。结果 本次调查共发放问卷500份，有效问卷
462份，其中284名男性，178名女性。农村居民对肠道寄生虫病总知晓率为49.48%，蛔虫病、鞭虫病、蛲虫病、钩
虫病及综合防治知识的知晓率分别为74.67%、56.71%、56.49%、32.68%和26.77%。结论 临高县农村居民对肠
道寄生虫病总体知晓率低，重视和加强肠道寄生虫病的健康宣传，改善卫生条件，提高农村居民卫生意识，是预
防肠道寄生虫病在农村居民中传播的有效措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the awareness situation and health consciousness of major intestinal para-
sitosis among rural residents in Lingao county, located in northwest of Hainan province, China, and then to provide a
basis for further health education and prevention of parasitosis. Methods A face-to-face questionnaire survey was
carried out to permanent residents in Lingao county by cluster random sampling. Complete questionnaires were valid
samples. Results A total of 500 individuals participated in this survey, and 462 questionnaires were valid. Among
them, 284 respondents were male and 178 were female. The total awareness rate of intestinal parasitosis was 49.48%,
and awareness rate of ascariasis, trichuriasis, enterobiasis, ancylostomiasis and comprehensive prevention knowledge
were 74.68%, 56.71%, 56.49%, 32.68% and 26.84%, respectively. Conclusion We should continue to strengthen
health education, improve sanitary conditions and health consciousness for rural residents.
