      【摘要】 目的 观察拔牙术前服用阿士匹林对患者术后出血量的影响，以明确其在基础治疗中不停药的可
行性。方法 选取39例于门诊行拔牙术的患者作为对照组，术前停用阿司匹林5 d；以同期手术的41例患者作
为观察组，治疗前后不停药。对比两组患者行拔牙术后的出血停止时间和出血量情况。结果 对照组10 min内
出血停止者11例，出血量以0~5 ml者居多；与之比较，观察组10 min内出血停止者减少，而20 min内出血停止者
有所增多，出血量以5~10 ml者多见，但两组较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 拔牙术前服用阿司匹林能在
短时间内影响患者术后的出血时间和出血量，但对其整体影响不大。

Effect of taking aspirin on bleeding after tooth extraction surgery.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of taking aspirin on bleeding after tooth extraction surgery, and to clarify
its feasibility without stopping during the period of tooth extraction surgery.Methods Thirty-nine patients were given tooth ex-
traction surgery and stopped aspirin for five days before surgery (the control group). Another 41 patients at the same period
didn't stop aspirin before operation (the observation group). The stopping time and the amount of bleeding of the two groups
were compared and analyzed. Results Eleven patients in the control groups topped bleeding in 10 minutes, with the amount of
bleeding of 0~5 ml. Compared with the control group, the number of patients who stoped bleeding in 10 minutes in the observa-
tion group reduced, while the number of patients who stopped bleeding in 20 minutes increased, mostly with the amount of
bleeding of 5~10 ml. However, no significant difference was found between the two groups. Conclusion Taking aspirin before
tooth extraction surgery impacts bleeding time and blood loss in a short time, with little effect on the overall efficacy.
