      【摘要】 疟疾是一种以按蚊为传播媒介的虫媒传染病，是最重要的媒介传播疾病，是全球主要健康问题。
2010年，全世界因疟疾致死人数达120万以上。理论上，对传染源、传播途径、易感人群这三个疟疾流行的环节
任何一个环节采取有效措施，都能阻断疟疾的传播。然而在实际工作中，由于多种因素影响，任何一个环节都不
可能完全阻断其传播，因此，目前仍提倡综合性预防措施。各部门之间与各学科之间的合作对于以环境为基础
的疟疾控制干预至关重要。

【Abstract】 Malaria is an important vector-borne disease with anopheles as media, and is still a major health
problem worldwide. In 2010, global deaths in children and adults due to malaria was reported over 1.2 million. Theo-
retically, taking effective measures to any of the three aspects of malaria prevalence (the source of infection, transmis-
sion, susceptible populations) can block the spread of malaria. However, any part cannot be perfect in actual work.
Therefore, comprehensive preventive measures should still it is still be advocated. Cooperation between the various de-
partments and interdisciplinary is essential for the environment-based malaria control interventions.
