      标题:福州地区1 644例儿童呼吸道感染病原体检测结果分析

      【摘要】 目的 检测儿科住院呼吸道感染患儿非细菌病原体 IgM抗体,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法 收集
1 644例存在呼吸道症状患儿的血清标本,采用间接免疫荧光法检测其中9种常见病原体的 IgM抗体。结果 检测
1 644例标本非细菌病原体 IgM抗体,其中肺炎支原体(MP)的阳性率最高,为 31.1%,其次为嗜肺军团菌(LP)为
10.2%。MP在两年间5、6月份的阳性率均较高。LP在7、8月份的感染率高于其他月份。MP在不同季节间检出率
的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),春夏季较高。多重感染170例,其中主要是病原体(MP+LP)的混合感染,占54.7%
(93/170)。结论 福州地区引起儿童呼吸道感染的非细菌病原体主要是MP;不同病原体在不同的月份感染率有差
别。MP在春夏季的感染率较高;MP和LP的混合感染比较普遍。

Analysis of pathogens causing respiratory tract infections in 1 644 children in Fuzhou area.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the IgM antibodies against non-bacterial pathogens of children with respira-
tory tract infections in hospital in Fuzhou area, and to provide evidences for clinically anti-infection therapy and the patho-
gen tests. Methods A total of 1 644 blood serum samples from children with respiratory tract infection were collected. In-
direct immunofluorescence assay was applied to detect IgM antibodies of 9 common pathogens. Results IgM antibodies
of non-bacterial pathogens were detected in 1 644 samples. Mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) showed the highest positive
rate (31.1%), followed by Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1 (LP1) (12.5%). The positive rate of MP was relatively
high in May and June, and that of LP was the highest in July and August. FluB was found to be popular in November
and December of 2011. The total detection rates of MP between different season groups showed statistically signifi-
cant difference (P<0.05), relatively high in spring and summer. One hundred and seventy children were detected with
mixed infection, mainly by two pathogens (MP+LP). Conclusion The main non-bacteria pathogen for respiratory
tract infection in Fuzhou area is mainly MP. The positive rate of MP is relatively higher in spring and summer. Mixed
infection of MP and LP is also common.
