      【摘要】 目的 检测多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple myeloma，MM)患者血清中 IL-33和 IL-6水平，探讨其在疾病发
展中的作用。方法 选取 2012年 1月至 2013年 1月间 37例多发性骨髓瘤患者和 50例健康对照者作为研究对
象，应用ELISA方法检测所有研究对象血清中 IL-33和 IL-6水平，并进行统计学分析。结果 两组研究对象的
IL-33检出率差异无统计学意义；IL-33水平与MM分期呈负相关，MM患者 IL-33水平与健康对照者相比显著降
低，其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；IL-6水平与MM分期呈正相关，MM患者 IL-6水平与健康对照者相比显著
升高，其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MM进展过程中 IL-33和 IL-6分泌改变可能导致免疫失衡而使
疾病逐步恶化，其有助于病情监测和为免疫治疗提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the serum levels of IL-33 and IL-6 in patients with multiple myeloma, and
to explore their role in disease development. Methods From Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2013, 37 patients of multiple myeloma
(MM) and 50 healthy controls were selected as the research objects. ELISA was used to detect the serum levels of
IL-33 and IL-6. Data were statistically analyzed. Results The detection rate of IL-33 showed no statistically signifi-
cant difference between the two groups. IL-33 levels were negatively correlated with MM stage, and IL-33 levels of
MM patients decreased significantly compared with healthy controls (P<0.05). IL-6 levels were positively correlated
with MM stage, and IL-6 level of MM patients increased significantly compared with healthy controls (P<
0.05). Conclusion Changes in IL-33 and IL-6 levels may promote the progress of MM by adjusting the cellular im-
munity, and maintaining the balance of T cell subgroup may contribute to the treatment of myeloma disease.
