标题：丹参酮注射液加曲安奈德对扁平苔藓患者皮损区B、T淋巴细胞及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

      【摘要】 目的 观察丹参酮注射液加曲安奈德对扁平苔藓患者皮损区B、T淋巴细胞及外周血T淋巴细胞
亚群的影响。方法 选取2011年11月至2013年1月于本院进行治疗的48例扁平苔藓患者为研究对象，将其随
机分为对照组(曲安奈德组)和观察组(丹参酮注射液加曲安奈德组)，每组各24例，比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后
1周与2周的皮损区B、T淋巴细胞及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果 观察组治疗后1周与2周的皮损区B、T
淋巴细胞及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平均明显好于对照组，并且观察组治疗后1周优于治疗前，治疗后2周优于
治疗前及治疗后1周，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 丹参酮注射液加曲安奈德对扁平苔藓患者皮损
区B、T淋巴细胞及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响较大，有助于改善患者的疾病状态。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and study the influence of tanshinone injection and triamcinolone aceton-
ide on the skin lesions B and T lymphocyte subsets and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of patients with lichen
planus. Methods Forty-eight patients with lichen planus in our hospital from November 2011 to January 2013 were
selected as research objects, which were randomly divided into the control group (triamcinolone acetonide group) and
the observation group (tanshinone injection and triamcinolone acetonide group), with 24 cases in each group. Then the
skin lesions B and T lymphocyte subsets and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of two groups before treatment
and at the first and second week after treatment were compared. Results The skin lesions B and T lymphocyte subsets
and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of the observation group at the first and second week after treatment were all
significantly better than those of the control group, and the indexes of the observation group at the first week after treatment
were better than those before treatment, those at the second week after treatment were better than those before treatment
and at the first week after treatment, all with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The influence of
tanshinone injection and triamcinolone acetonide on the skin lesions B and T lymphocyte subsets and peripheral blood T
lymphocyte subsets of patients with lichen planus is great, and it is benefit to improving the disease state.
