标题：早期护理干预预防肿瘤患者PICC置管术后机械性静脉炎的疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨早期护理干预对预防肿瘤患者经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)术后机械性静脉炎的疗
效。方法 回顾性分析2010年5月至2013年5月在我院肿瘤科住院行PICC的410例患者的临床资料，均采用
早期护理干预，其中包括PICC术前，术中及术后的多项护理措施。结果 410例中共发生静脉炎34例，其中Ⅰ级
19例，占4.63%；Ⅱ级14例，占3.41%；Ⅲ1例，占0.24%；Ⅳ级0例。结论 早期护理干预对预防肿瘤患者PICC术
后的机械性静脉炎安全、临床效果良好、并发症少，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of early nursing intervention in the prevention of me-
chanical phlebitis in the patients of carcinoma after peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods The clini-
cal data of 410 patients undergoing PICC in the Department of Oncology in our hospital from May 2010 to May
2013 were reviewed and evaluated, which all received early nursing intervention before, during and after PICC.
Results Thirty-four patients occurred mechanical phlebitis among the 410 patients, with 19 cases of levelⅠ, ac-
counting for 4.63%, 14 cases of levelⅡ (3.41%), 1 case of levelⅢ (0.24%), and 0 case of levelⅣ. Conclusion Ear-
ly nursing intervention is safe and effective for the prevention of mechanical phlebitis in the patients of carcinoma af-
ter PICC, with less complications, which is worthy of promotion.
