      【摘要】 目的 了解海口市大学生的口腔健康相关知识知晓情况及口腔卫生措施实施情况，为制定大学生
口腔健康教育计划提供理论依据。方法 采用问卷调查的方式，对海口市某高校613名大学生的口腔健康知识
与健康行为进行调查。结果 共发放问卷613份，其中有效问卷592份（女生330份，男生262份），大学生口腔健
康知识的知晓率为53.34%，女生略高于男生。实施口腔基本卫生措施的情况较好，91.90%的学生能够做到早、晚
刷牙，饭后漱口，89.86%的学生刷牙使用含氟牙膏，但定期进行口腔检查和洁牙的学生仅为22.64%和11.82%；使
用牙线清洁牙齿邻面的学生只占16.22%；口腔不适时就医率低于50%。结论 海口市大学生口腔健康知识的知
晓情况与口腔卫生实践情况还存在不足，应进一步开展口腔健康教育促进活动。

Investigation on the oral health knowledge and behavior among college students of Haikou city.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the oral health knowledge and behavior among college students of
Haikou city, in order to provide scientific basis for oral health education. Methods A total of 613 college students
were investigated by a questionnaire survey of oral health knowledge and behavior. Results Among the 613 ques-
tionnaire issued, 592 were responded, including 330 from females and 262 from males. 53.34% of the college students
had a good knowledge on oral health, and the female students were slightly better than male students. 91.90% of the
students could practice the right frequency of tooth brushing, and 89.86% of the students used toothpaste with fluo-
ride, but only 22.64% and 11.82% of the students kept an dental check-up and calculus scaling regularly. The usage
rate of the dental floss was 16.2%. Less than half of the students went to see a dentist when they had dental problems.
Conclusion College students' oral health knowledge is insufficient and oral health behavior is not well done. It is
necessary to develop oral health education in colleges.
