标题：球囊压迫宫腔联合B-Lynch术治疗严重产后出血效果观察

      【摘要】 目的 评估球囊压迫宫腔联合或不联合B-Lynch术治疗严重产后出血的临床疗效。方法 回顾性
分析我院2007年1月至2012年12月间3 256例分娩产妇资料，其中20例严重产后出血对常规治疗无效者使用了
Bakri球囊，以避免子宫切除作为主要观察指标。结果 20例使用Bakri球囊作为治疗一线选择患者中，12例单独应
用球囊治疗成功，6例应用Bakri球囊联合B-Lynch术，共有18例成功使用了球囊作为治疗手段，成功率为90%。
结论 Bakri球囊与B-lynch术联用可能优于二者分别单独使用，建议临床上进一步推广该技术，以扩大样本量研究。

Combination of intrauterine balloon tamponade and the B-Lynch procedure for the treatment of severe
postpartum hemorrhage.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of intrauterine balloon tamponade with or without
B-Lynch procedure in the treatment of severe postpartum hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 3 256 woman
delivering from January 2007 and December 2012 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Twenty of the wom-
en with severe postpartum hemorrhage who showed no response to routine treatment were treated by Bakri balloon.
Results In the 20 women, twelve were successfully treated with Bakri balloon alone, six were successfully treated
with Bakri balloon combined with the B-Lynch procedure. Therefore, 18 women (90%) were successfully treated with
Bakri balloon as a part of the treatment. Conclusion The Bakri balloon combined with B-Lynch procedure is an ef-
fective option for the treatment of severe postpartum hemorrhage, which is worthy of clinical application.
