标题：植物雌激素联合星状神经节阻滞术治疗围绝经期综合征45例疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察植物雌激素联合星状神经节阻滞术治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法 将90例
围绝经期综合征患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组45例，研究组以植物雌激素联合星状神经节阻滞术治疗，对
照组单独以星状神经节阻滞术治疗，两组患者疗程均为6周，观察两组患者治疗前后Kupperman评分，血清雌二
醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)水平变化，血清 IL-6、TNF-α水平变化及临床疗效。结果 治疗
6周后，与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后Kupperman评分明显下降，血清E2水平明显升高，FSH和LH水平明显下
降，血清 IL-6和TNF-α水平明显下降，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗后对照组比较，研究组患者Kupper-
man评分下降，血清 E2水平升高，FSH和 LH水平下降，血清 IL-6和 TNF-α水平下降, 差异均有统计学意义
(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 植物雌激素联合星状神
经节阻滞术对围绝经期患者内分泌功能和免疫系统功能具有很好的调节作用，两种方法联合使用治疗围绝经期
综合征临床疗效明显，值得推广应用。

Efficacy of phytoestrogen combined with stellate ganglion block operation in the treatment of perimenopausal
syndrome.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of phytoestrogen combined with stellate ganglion block opera-
tion in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Ninety patients with perimenopausal syndrome were
randomly divided into control group and research group, with each group of 45 cases. The research group was given
phytoestrogen combined with stellate ganglion block treatment, and the control group was separately given stellate
ganglion block treatment. After 6 weeks, the Kupperman score，serum E2, FSH and LH levels, IL-6 and TNF-α lev-
els, and clinical curative effect before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After 6 weeks' treat-
ment, compared with those before treatment, Kupperman scores significantly decreased after treatment in both groups,
the serum E2 levels increased significantly, FSH and LH level significantly decreased and the serum level of IL-6,
TNF-α decreased significantly (All the P<0.05). Compared with those of control group after treatment, the research
group's Kupperman score decreased, the serum E2 levels increased, FSH and LH level decreased and the serum level
of IL-6, TNF-α decreased significantly (P<0.05). The efficiency of research group was significantly better than that
of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Phytoestrogens combined with stellate ganglion block operation has good ad-
justment function to the endocrine function and the immune function of perimenopausal patients, and hence has better
therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
